#marchmarch

last October i set myself a goal to walk for 31 days in support of mental health... i achieved my goal: walked every day and walked 173km in total. it ended up being so good for my mental health and best of all, the encouragement i received from you all here was amazing for my mental health too... it felt like we were cheering each other on.

so i'm thinking that march is the perfect time to do another 31 day challenge... in march we can march towards something that we want for our selves.

call it a 31 day challenge or call it something else... a 31 day goal, intention, adventure, project, experiment, exploration, journey, meander... anything works as long as it feels right to you.

oh, and by "march" i would totally count the most baby of steps... like a tip toe march is still marching! right?

so i'm going to think about something that can be my #marchmarch... will you join me by picking something for you too?

it could be anything from movement to meditation, something creative or something playful, a new thing to learn or try, an old thing you want to get back into, a habit to form or ritual to include in your day, a simple thing like water or vitamins or a more complex thing like a fitness challenge... anything at all that you been thinking "i really should do that!".

what i liked most about the merriam definition for march was this bit: "in step with others". we can each have our own march... our own little goal or habit or journey... but we can show up here each day in march and cheer each other on.

have you got an idea for something to try for 31 days?
