welcome to the new podcast series : this is me!

in this introduction to series 2 : this is me, we are exploring why self-discovery and affirmation of identity is so powerful and so important. i always say that we are here to shine our light in the world… but first we ought to know what is our light!

i have been on my own journey to find myself again after a long period of feeling lost and in this series i speak to others about the journeys they have been on and the difference that learning and knowing themselves has made. i hope that we can all feel inspired to explore our selves… to trust, honour, embrace, define, amplify, and share ourselves… to say out loud: this is me!
